-in quiet buildings in safe friendly area's, 5 minutes walk from busy streets
-private entrance, no sharing
-apt A on ground floor, near CS, Brouwersgracht 
-penthouse H1 on top floor with elevator, Leidseplein
-public transport around the corner
-private parking possible
 
Inside:
-very clean with bedlinnen, towels, soap, tea, coffee
-internet wifi
-maps and information about publlic transport inside
-smoking allowed
-no specific check out times
-self catering, fully equipped kitchens
-if needed you get more than 1 key
(apartments have safe doorlocks, and easy to operate!)

 
 
 
TO THE APARTMENTS:

Groundfloor Apartment A, just 5 minutes walk from Brouwersgracht Jordaan, 1-4 people, 2 couples, or family of 5, very affordable rates daily from 70 euro, and weekly, monthly

Apartment B, no longer available

Penthouse Apartment H1, with parking in Jordaan area near Leidseplein, canal view, 1-6 people or family of 7, from 120 euro daily, and special weekly and monthly rates offered

Low season: October-March
High season: April-September
 
Special low rates for:
-longer stays
-last minute bookings
-a stay that fits in between 2 other bookings
 
Fixed rates for:
-Queensday period
-around New Year's Eve

Arrival:
Upon booking you will receive easy to follow directions and contact info, so we can meet at the apartment on your arrival day. It includes a map you can print out.
 
-apartment A is just 4 minutes by bus from Central Station
-apartment H1 is close to Rijksmuseum and Leidseplein, few minutes by tram from Central Station
 
a lift from Central Station can be provided depending on time of arrival, weather, your luggage

 
 
 
 
My advice if you are looking for an apartment in Amsterdam:
 
How to avoid scams:
-if you are requested to pay all in advance to a private owner, be extra careful
-be careful with paying by western union, or cash by the post
-if you have no direct contact with the owner of an apartment, make sure he or she knows about your arrival
-paying a booking fee or down payment up front is normal
-paying a security deposit (for damages) before arrival is not normal
 
 
My assurances for you:
You are in direct contact with me about the booking, so no surprises.
Yes is yes, and no is no.
 
For a reasonable and secure deposit (advance payment) in dollars or euro's, I work with secure payments only, through my verified accounts from Paypal.com and online banking. You can choose for payment by debetcard, creditcard, Paypal, or online bank transfer. 
The banks already have verified, as required by European law, the identity and residence of the account holder (that's me), so my details will show up on any confirmation of payment to you automatically.
 
For example, if you pay a deposit of 150 euro to secure the booking through your creditcard, you will receive a direct link from the bank for that. No card details have to travel by email or phone.
And my details will appear on your receipts.
